Product Description
⚠ THIS IS A DIGITAL FILE, NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT. Nothing ships. You'll receive a download link for the 3D print file after purchase — you need your own 3D printer to make the jig.
Cut a clean, centered handle into any drawer front or pullout shelf. The jig rides the edge of your drawer front, so every handle comes out identical.
Two pieces make the setup quick. The handle jig guides a flush trim bit. The centering piece locates the jig dead center on your drawer front, so you skip the measuring and marking. Rout the cutout, and the handle is 6" wide.
Three ways to use it
- Trim router: Screw the jig to the backside of your drawer front and rout the handle.
- Router table: Use it as a template with a flush trim bit.
- Jig saw: Trace it as a template and cut the handle out.
Designed for
- Drawer fronts
- Pullout shelves
- Any front where you want a clean, built-in handle
3D Print File (digital download)
- Print the handle jig and centering piece yourself
- Screws not included. You’ll need 2x #6 x 1/2" screws to secure the jig for trim router use.
What you’ll need
- A router with a flush trim bit (router table or trim router), or a jig saw if you’re cutting the handle out by hand
