Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has any issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order through our Contact Page.

After reviewing the issue, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.

To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We’ll take care of the rest.

 

Returns (No Longer Needed)

If you decide you no longer need your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for a $7 return shipping fee(this will be deducted from your refund

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued minus the $7 return shipping fee.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping fees
  • Digital products (including downloadable plans or files)

All digital product sales are final.
