Enhance your shop with a midsized workbench that's great for your benchtop tools that are too tall for your standard workbench like a drill press, band saw, router table, or jointer. If you don't have any of those tools its a great medium height for projects that have gotten too tall for your regular height workbenches. Overall workbench size is 2' x 3' x 28" with two 3" drawers and one 8" drawer.
Plans Include:
- 21 pages that include everything you’ll need to build this benchtop tool workbench
- All dimensions in inch and millimeter units
- Color coded 3D images and cut plans so you know exactly where every piece goes
- Full material list with links to all hardware so you don’t have to go searching
3D Model Available
- Make Modifications to the design easily
- Get the 3D model in the following file formats: Autodesk Fusion (.f3d), Sketchup (.skp), and Autodesk Inventor (.ipt .iam)

One thing to note on page 11: when attaching the stretchers with screws, make sure to place them outside of where the crosspieces will go. Otherwise, you may end up being unable to attach the crosspieces with pocket screws because those screws are in the way. I found that out the hard way.
Another set of amazing and easy-to-follow instructions from BMBuilds (after i downloaded the update with the pocket holes orientations). This is my second set of instructions from you and just like the first set, this worked great. A tiny-little recommendation (maybe just from me) is to include a visual drawing on how you stacked the spacers when installing the drawer sliders. But again, i went with the instructions and they specified the space needed between them and it worked. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
Have not built it yet but the plans along with video will definitely make it an easy build. Looking forward to it.
Need more detail on measurements. And maybe clear photos or more clear photos
I would suggest showing which boards get pocket holes on the cut list with depths , Would have been helpful . Had to watch the video a number of times, kind of slowed me down.
